Product suitability, compatibility, and installation responsibility remain with the buyer unless expressly agreed in writing. - Trade Customers and Eligibility
Our products are intended primarily for trade buyers, installers, contractors, and commercial customers. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting in the course of business unless clearly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet our trade supply criteria. - Website Information
All product descriptions, specifications, compatibility notes, and availability indicators are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed to be error-free. Images are illustrative only and may not exactly match supplied items. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice. - Orders
An order is not accepted until we issue written confirmation or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason including stock limitations, pricing errors, or specification conflicts. Orders may not be cancelled after dispatch. Special order or non-stock items are non-cancellable once confirmed. - Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may be shown exclusive of VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate where applicable. Delivery, handling, pallet, and specialist transport costs may be charged separately. - Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated at order confirmation. Unless credit terms have been approved in writing, payment is due in full prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to suspend supply where payment is overdue. Interest may be charged on overdue sums at a reasonable commercial rate plus recovery costs. - Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delay caused by carriers, suppliers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for safe unloading and access arrangements. - Inspection and Shortages
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any shortage, damage, or defect must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify within this period will be deemed acceptance of the goods as delivered and in satisfactory condition. - Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior written authorisation. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply. Special order, electrical components, control systems, and hygiene-sensitive items are generally non-returnable unless faulty. - Product Compatibility and Installation
Buyers are responsible for confirming technical compatibility and correct specification before purchase. Installation must be carried out by suitably qualified professionals. We are not liable for loss arising from incorrect installation, configuration, or misuse. - Warranty
Where products carry a manufacturer warranty, this is passed through to the buyer. We do not provide additional warranty beyond what is expressly stated. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer assessment and may require testing and return of goods. - Limitation of Liability
